Biography

Karen McManaway is the founding practitioner at McManaway Law, LLC, where she focuses on family law and personal injury law. A Certified Family Court Mediator, Ms. McManaway is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the South Carolina Association for Justice, South Carolina Bar Association, Greenville County Bar Association, and the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, where she previously served as a board director and regional representative.

In recognition of her exceptional skills in family law, The American Institute of Family Law Attorneys named Ms. McManaway one of the '10 Best Female Attorneys' in South Carolina. Beyond her legal practice, she previously served on the Greenville County Board of Zoning Appeals. Ms. McManaway holds a B.S. from the University of Southern Indiana, a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law, and a Masters in Environmental Resource Management at the University of South Carolina. Additionally, she has written and presented materials for the National Business Institute.

Ms. McManaway’s commitment to her community is a cornerstone of her professional life. She served on the boards of Hollywild Zoo and the Greer Chamber Legislative Committee.
